Dangerous equipment must be locked out during servicing to prevent accidental startup, and the keys to those lockout devices must be secured safely in a lock box. For workers’ safety, the Latch Tight Group Lock Box is impossible to open until all servicing is complete and the last worker’s padlock has been removed.
It’s a cinch to lock out large and odd-shaped electrical plugs and connectors with the Lockout Cinch Sack. Simply place the large, reinforced nylon Cinch Sack around plug or connector, cinch closed, then apply up to six padlocks or hasps.
These padlocks have Safety Lockout identification on lock and keys. Padlocks also have two permanent write-on labels that can be customized on-site to meet specific needs.
The Universal Plug Lockout is made of bright yellow thermoplastic and locks out electric plugs up to 3” wide and 5-1/2” long with a maximum cord diameter of 1-1/4”.
